Appletree Cottage is a pretty thatched character cottage (formerly a 17th century village ale house) in the peaceful village of Winterborne Zelston, Dorset which has a 14th century church, pub, village green, duck pond and sits on the River Winterborne.

Winterborne Zelston is a short distance from the picturesque Purbecks which feature attractions such as Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, Swanage Steam Railway, Blue Pool and includes spectacular coastal walks and bike rides.

We are also within easy reach of the coastal resorts of Poole, Bournemouth and Sandbanks and a short drive from Weymouth, Dorchester, Blandford, Wimborne, Wareham and Swanage.
